  • When will my order ship?

Generally, within a week from your order being placed! If there's a large influx of orders however, it might be slightly longer. I'm a one-person operation, but I try my best to get packages out in a timely manner.

  • A listing says "preorder" in the title, what does that mean?

A preorder item means it will not ship right away! In general, preorder items haven't been produced yet, and are used to gauge how much of a product needs to be ordered. Each preorder item has the expected shipping date listed in the description. If there is an issue with manufacturing and the expected date can't be met, I'll contact you to let you know!

  • How will my order be packaged?

All small items (pins, buttons, etc.) will be shipped in padded mailers made from 100% recycled materials, along with bubble wrap around the items for extra protection. Larger items, such as prints, will be shipped in Stayflat mailers to ensure prints aren't bent during shipping.

  • [Blank] is sold out, will it be re-stocked again?

Depends! If an item is popular enough to warrant a restock, I will order another batch or put up a second round of preorders. If it isn't, I will usually leave it out of stock unless enough people request it.

  • I have another question!

Note: I include handwritten thank-you cards with each purchase! I pull the name from the shipping address, but if you would like me to use a name for whatever reason (gift, dead name, etc) let me know in the order notes and I can adjust correctly!
